System Overview
The software can be installed and used in On-Premise mode on computers or Edge Devices of factories or establishments.
Check the amount of electricity used and display the results in real-time.
Supports data storage in IoT format with standards. Machine data is stored via sensor devices and sent to the control device or Edge Device and can be connected to the cloud network for display or notification.
Can analyze, display and compare initial energy use.
For Facility machines, namely Chillers and Air Compressors, the system can calculate efficiency and compare efficiency with other machines in the Energy Benchmarking database so that operators can compare the efficiency of machines in similar models in the database and lead to future improvements. Users with additional skills can further develop or customize them to suit their use in factories or establishments.

Real-time automatic Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurement system communicates with industrial protocols Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, MQTT and RESTful API, reducing data recording, increasing speed of inspection and alerting of abnormalities in the production line.
The Smart OEE will check the working status of the machine, the number of products produced (FG) and damaged products (NG) by using an additional external sensor installed and then process the measured values into %A %P %Q and OEE values, including displaying the working status of the machine and the product production status at the machine front with a Local Dashboard and sending all data to the Server for display at the center.

Paperless Solution with E-paper & E-Check
E-paper screen displays immediate information such as number, time and status of inspection.
By switching to E-Label with check sheet creation application such as Google Sheet or Google Form, we can change the complicated work process such as checking machinery, temperature value or daily pressure value which was originally written on paper and then forwarded to the responsible person to check if the checked value passed the criteria or not, can continue to use that machinery or not. These steps can be complicated and cause delays. And it is also difficult to analyze that data because it is in paper document format. When switching to our solution by using E-label instead of paper to display various information in real-time, including displaying barcode or QR code dynamically, plus electronic form that can be used via mobile phone or tablet, it allows us to scan QR Code on E-label screen to enter Check Sheet page correctly. When Check Sheet is complete, those values can still be displayed on E-paper screen immediately or even notified via Line Notify, which is convenient, fast, can check data from various places immediately. And can also export that data for data analysis.
